It was very clean and modern feeling even though it's an older building. It's been well renovated with nice details. without feeling artificial. It's also very well located, right at the entrance of the pedestrian area, across from lots of restaurants and down the street from shopping, etc. And the staff, Florence and Ines, were delightful and very helpful. Also, the brunch buffet was really great. It was not huge like in a chain hotel, but everything was fresh, and most things were home made. They also make fresh eggs or omelettes.

It was pretty cozy country side hotel. It's beautiful place to stay in Arles. I think the location is also good to go everywhere. Pretty small town in Arles so you can go everywhere in 10min? And staff was very friendly even my train to Paris was canceled by strike however the staff tried to find the other way to Paris. It tooks long time to do that but she was very kind to help me. I'm so impressed what I had in Arles and Maison Volver. Especially the cotton linen was very comfortable to sleep.

We chose this hotel mainly for its location and access to car hire and the train station. Having visited Arles previously on the trip we realised it was also very well located for exploring the entire town of Arles. There are bars and restaurants close by. The staff were very accommodating in allowing us to store our luggage both before and after check in which was extremely helpful. There were plenty of options for the type of breakfast required which was great.

I had a pleasant stay at this small hotel. A walking distance from the train station. The room was good size and split to form a semi-suite. Bathroom good size too and plenty of hot water. Everything spick n’ span clean. Staff was both helpful and extremely friendly. So was the staff of the restaurant. Its menu was interesting but always tasty. Lots of small dishes and I can especially recommend the courgette terrine. Truely great.

The design of the rooms and hotel as a whole were thoughtfully put together with excellent taste and style. Comfy beds and a great night’s sleep. Every member of staff made us feel so welcome and looked after us impeccably, with a personal approach tailored to your needs. Nothing is too much trouble and staff have a wealth of knowledge about the town and wider area.
